RE: LAW OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (LOAN) V. MINISTER OF LABOUR AND PRODUCTIVITY & 3 ORS.: AA COMMENDS STAKEHOLDERS

The former Welfare Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Adesina Adegbite (AA) has commended the Law Officers Association of Nigeria (“LOAN”) and all stakeholders on the commitment and strides being attained in the Suit between the Law Officers Association of Nigeria (“LOAN”) on its suit against the Minister of Labour and Productivity & 3 Ors.

According to AA, “the suit which is based on rights of the Association to be registered as a Trade Union in Nigeria, is a just cause, since the Minister and Registrar of Trade Unions refused the application at the first instance. I am in whole support of LOAN and I wish them the very best in this fight for justice.”

In today’s proceedings, LOAN’S application for leave to amend and file its amended process was granted and the matter has been further adjourned to 15/6/22 for definite hearing.

God bless the NBA
God bless LOAN
God bless Nigeria.
