 Deploy AI-powered systems to provide 24-hour automated responses and guidance for routine enquiries.
 Leverage technology to simplify registration, verification, and every Secretariat process.
 Promote wider use of secure digital NBA Stamps and Seals with barcode verification, reducing reliance on physical stamps.
 Facilitate members’ name change applications at the Supreme Court, making the process easier and more seamless.
 Strengthen record management, improve communication, and make the Secretariat more accessible, responsive, and accountable.
 Bring to the office my proven record of service as a successful NBA National Publicity Secretary, backed by my expertise in Information Technology Law and Cyber Law.
