Chris Brown might be spending some time in jail for having a monkey as a pet.According to TMZ, the artiste was arranged by the Los Angeles City Attorney on a two count charge of obtaining a restricted specie without a permit.

The monkey, a capuchin named Fiji became the subject of a debate after it was filmed with his daughter, Royalty, who was playing with it.For many people, having the daughter play with a wild monkey was risky but Chris noted that it was not serious.

Well, people decided to take the matters into their hands and reported him to the California Dept. of Fish and Wildlife who found out that there was no license.He has not only handed over Fiji to the authorities, he is to appear before the court February 6.Source Guardian Newspaper
