GOODWILL MESSAGE TO THE NBA-YLF NATIONAL SUMMIT 2026
I, Audrey Chinelo Ofoegbunam do hereby request you please provide send my heartfelt congratulations to the Chairman, National Executives, and all members of the NBA Young Lawyers Forum as you convene for the National Summit 2026.
“Rising to Lead” is more than a theme. It is a mandate. At a time when our profession and our nation are demanding bold ideas and steady hands, young lawyers must move from the margins to the frontlines. Leadership is not conferred by years at the Bar alone. It is earned through character, clarity, and the courage to act.
The YLF continues to be the engine room where that leadership is forged. Through mentorship, knowledge exchange, and national collaboration, you are equipping yourselves to defend the rule of law and to design a Bar that is more inclusive, innovative, and responsive.
To every young lawyer present: listen deeply, question boldly, and connect intentionally. The networks you build and the standards you set here will echo far beyond this Summit.
I salute the YLF leadership for curating this space. May your conversations be frank, your vision sharpened, and your commitment to service renewed.
