As the new Silks are formally sworn in by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, at the Supreme Court in Abuja on Monday, October 12, 2026, we join the entire legal community in celebrating this remarkable milestone in their professional journeys.
We recognise that attaining the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria is no ordinary achievement. It reflects years of dedication, discipline, hard work, professional excellence and an unwavering commitment to the practice and development of law.
We are particularly delighted to celebrate the 67 distinguished legal practitioners and one academic whose elevation to the Inner Bar is a testament to their contributions to legal scholarship, advocacy and the administration of justice in Nigeria.
