As usual, today, 21st June is Father’s Day. I join my voice with countless others in celebrating and honouring our fathers. Clearly, the significant roles fathers play in the family particularly, and in the society at large, cannot be overemphasized. The affection, protection, advice, love and support we enjoy from fathers are unquantified and unmatched. Undoubtedly, our fathers are our heroes to whom we owe our deepest gratitude. Therefore, on this special day, I say thank you to all the fathers in the world and wish you the best of the day.
Indeed, fathers have a role to play in building the nation, and as such, they must continually train our children to be upright.We count on our fathers to live lives worthy of emulation and inspire the very best in the younger generation, male and female.
Show love to fathers today for they deserve it
