CHARLES AJIBOYE NATIONAL CHESS TOURNAMENT FOR LAWYERS – POSTPONED
Ordinarily, we should have began the countdown to the Grand daddy of all games which would have held on the 11th April,2020.
However, we regret to announcement the postponement of the tournament indefinitely as a result of the global outbreak of COVID-19 and the situation it has foisted on us all.
The health and safety of all Nigerians and Lawyers in particular is of paramount importance to us and we therefore encourage everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols set out by the World Health Organization (WHO), Federal Ministry of Health (FMH), Nigeria Centre of Disease Control (NCDC) and Public Health Authorities.
We take this moment to express our gratitude to our Sponsors, Donors, Partners, those who have registered and everyone who had earlier confirmed their participation.
We assure you that the the Tournament will end up being bigger and better when eventually all these is over.
We shall keep all apprised of further developments as they arise.
