I heartily congratulate Prof. AbdulQuadir L. Abikan, National President, all National Officers and the entire members of MULAN, on the occasion of the 2021 Annual General Conference of the Association, holding in Minna, Niger State.
The Theme of the Conference – Nigeria: A Nation In Need of Reorientation, Reintegration, and Rehabilitation; is most welcomed and germane at this critical state of our Nationhood. We must therefore with sincerity of purpose embark on a process of self rediscovery as a people and as a country, if we indeed desire to have a sustainable entity that we can all be proud of.
I wish MULAN a successful conference and all the participants journey mercies to and fro Minna.
