At the NEC meeting held yesterday, Sunday, 21st August 2022, the NBA President finally finalised the status determinatio of the embattled Joyce Oduah.
The suspension of Oduah rather than her dismissal was ratified in response to a motion by Mozia SAN and seconded by Ajibade SAN.
The appointment of Uchenna Nwadialo as the Acting General Secretary was ratified Uchenna would henceforth discharge her duties as that of the General Secretary of the Association till the ènd of the current administration.
