A TRIBUTE IN HONOUR OF THE LATE C.F. EBU, ESQ.

By Sir Oaikhena Osagie

To the Eminent Members of the Midwest Bar Forum, the NBA Asaba Branch, and the Entire Legal Community,

It is with a heavy heart and a spirit of somber reflection that I join men and women of goodwill to mourn the passing of our esteemed colleague, C.F. Ebu, Esq.

The news of his demise has left us shaken, serving as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the ultimate sovereignty of the Almighty, who gives and takes according to His divine wisdom.

C.F. Ebu, Esq. was a quintessential legal practitioner. He was a man of unwavering principle who stood as firm as the Udi Hills in the defense of justice. His commitment to the rule of law and the nobility of our profession was exemplary, and his absence leaves a void in the Bar that will be difficult to fill.

To his grieving family: I pray that you find the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. May you take solace in the enduring legacy he leaves behind.
