OAU student: Prosecution closes case as Adedoyin, six staff enter no case submission

The prosecution counsel, M O Omosun, in the trial of Master student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, Timothy Adegoke closed the case after calling eight witnesses at the resumed hearing on Monday.

Omosun called DSP Samuel Odeh, a forensic scientist with the Force headquarters as the 8th witness, statin the department conducted a swab stick analysis to identify a substance on a curtain brought to the laboratory.

The report of the analysis was tendered in the exhibit.The report was marked exhibit Adegoke 19 after which the prosecution counsel closed its case as the other witness of the day, a staff of United Bank of Africa (UBA), was not available in court
