My Distinguished Colleagues , the society looks up to lawyers, and in particular, the NBA, for the advancement of the rule of law and protection of fundamental human rights. The NBA is seen as a watchdog against anarchy and executive lawlessness in Nigeria. It is therefore important for us to increase our efforts in the area of public interest advocacy and litigation.
