Family, landlords parley over court judgment

The Isadare Olakotan Family in Idedo Community in Ota, Ogun State will, on Saturday, January 15, hold a parley with landlords in the village.

According to a statement by the family’s secretary, Debo Dada, the meeting would discuss “issues concerning court judgment in suit No HCT/119/03, CA/322/2011 and

“The meeting would take place at Kado Hotel, near Baale Palace,’’ the statement said.

MT/89/18 that granted a certificate of warrant of possession, Form O, in favour of our family and which the court has expressively given possession of the land on which they built to our family via the execution carried out on November 11, 2021, will be publicly discussed.

The statement urged the affected landlords to come with their receipts issued on purchase and other relevant documents.

The statement also added that heads of the Ota Area Command, Onipanu Division and Iju Police Post have endorsed the parley and will be present at the peace meeting.
