This plenary session seeks to focus on ‘INNOVATIVE SOLUTION IN ARBITRATION: TIME/COST REDUCTION AND EXPEDITED PROCESSES
Arbitration was at some point reputed and represented as a cost-effective, time-efficient, & flexible dispute resolution process, but at the moment Arbitration appears to be facing somewhat increasing criticisms for its substantial cost and time in dispute resolution. The rising cost and the lengthy time frame involved in conducting Arbitration proceedings serve to undermine the entire arbitration process and render it less attractive to parties.
