In a heartfelt message, Bartholomew Aguegbodo, the past Chairman of the NBA Ikeja Branch, expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss of a colleague from the NBA Ihiala Branch. The esteemed lawyer was senselessly killed by unidentified gunmen. Mr. Aguegbodo extends his condolences to the family, friends, and members of the Ihiala bar.
He writes as follows :
In solemn shades of grief, a brilliant soul now lost. Unseen shadows took him away, now left us to mourn.
I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our esteemed colleague, who was senselessly killed by unidentified gunmen. His commitment to justice and unwavering dedication to the legal community will always be remembered. During this difficult time, my thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and the Ihiala bar. May his memory be a source of strength and inspiration for us all.
