Goodwill Message – 2026 Gani Fawehinmi Annual Lecture

Greetings esteemed colleagues,
I’m honoured to extend my warm regards to members of the legal profession, and join the discus on the Gani Fawehinmi Annual Lecture in Ikeja, Lagos.

The theme, “Integrity Deficiency in the Justice Sector: Whither the Legal Profession”, is a timely reflection for our profession. Chief Gani Fawehinmi’s legacy of unwavering commitment to justice and intergrity cannot be overemphasized.
As such, I look forward to the lecture and I am confident that the discussions will inspire introspection and collective action towards strengthening our profession’s role in advancing justice.
