The virtual event is designed to provide clarity on recent changes in Nigeria’s tax framework and to educate participants on how the reforms will affect businesses, professionals, and salary earners across the country.
The webinar will feature two prominent speakers: Mr. Olarinde Michael Olufemi, Head of the Fiscal and Tax Reforms Implementation Division of the NRS and Special Adviser on Tax Policy to the Executive Chairman of the NRS, and Mr. Joshua Babade, a Senior Associate at the law firm of Adeniji Kazeem (SAN) & Co.
According to the organisers, the session will focus on key aspects of the new tax regime, including compliance requirements, policy objectives, and the practical implications for individuals and corporate entities.
The event is scheduled to hold via Zoom at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 17, 2026. The access link will be shared with participants prior to the event.
The association said the webinar promises to be an insightful and beneficial platform for professionals, business owners, and salary earners seeking a better understanding of Nigeria’s evolving tax policies.
